FAQ

Yes! Every plan comes with a 30-day free trial. No credit card required.
When your trial expires, your account will be paused. You can choose to upgrade to a paid plan at any time to resume. Since we don't ask for a credit card upfront, there's no auto-renewal — nothing happens without you taking action.
We accept credit card payments via Stripe.
When you upgrade, you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing cycle, with the new rate taking effect from your next billing period. When you downgrade, your current plan stays active until the end of the billing cycle, after which the lower-tier plan kicks in.
Yes. You can cancel at any time through the Stripe self-serve customer portal. Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period — no surprise cut-offs.
If you need more than 200GB video storage or 1TB transfer storage, we can set up a custom plan tailored to your needs. Reach out to [email protected] and we'll sort it out.
Video storage is for hosting — when you upload videos for review pages or portfolio embeds, they live here indefinitely until you remove them. Transfer storage is short-term — when you send files to a client, a download link is created and the files are stored for 14 days (extendable). Once the link expires, the files are automatically removed. In short: video storage is for hosting, transfer storage is for sending. Both limits reflect the total amount that can be in use at any given moment — removing files frees up space instantly.
You won't be able to upload new files until you free up space. Storage limits reflect the total amount that can be in use at any given moment — so once you remove files from your video or transfer storage, that space becomes available again. Alternatively, you can upgrade to a higher plan to increase your limits.
